- HOW TO PLAY
You may use this tool to fit your needs according to the settings. Here’s how I use it:
Set Up Teams: Divide the class into two teams. Each team works together to guess the most popular answers to survey questions.
Face-Off Round: One player from each team steps forward for a face-off. The host asks a survey question, and the first player to buzz in (or raise their hand) answers. If their answer is on the board, their team can choose to play or pass.
Team Play: The playing team works together to guess all the answers on the board. Each team member takes turns giving an answer. If the team gets three strikes (wrong answers), control passes to the other team.
Steal Opportunity: The opposing team discusses and gives one answer to try to steal the points. If their answer is on the board, they win the points; otherwise, the original team keeps them.
Scoring: Points are awarded based on the popularity of the answers (e.g., if an answer was chosen by 30 people, it’s worth 30 points).
Winning: The game ends after a set number of rounds or when time is up. The team with the most points wins!
Optional Bonus Round: Include a “Fast Money” round where one or two players answer five survey questions for extra points within a time limit.
Encourage students to use full sentences and practice their English skills while playing!
